1 dslr down

My team went to Iligan City to cover a wedding, we brought 4 dslr, ( 3 Nikon and 1 Canon ) in case something might happen we brought a spare cam. Well that day 1 cam had a shutter error again, i was a bit disappointed but i knew sooner or later that camera will later give up and it did. Good thing we brought another cam with us and we continue to cover the event without the guest knew what had happend. So to all those who might try to cover a wedding or any event that require one to deliver the goods, its best to bring 2nd camera during shoot.

Just got back

Just arrived from covering Jun & Agnes’s wedding in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. It was a fun experience. We brought lots of gear with us and I did not even get to use the Nikkor 85mm lens and the 430ex Speedlight for our Canon EOS 20d. This was my first time to use a really wide angle lens and got several unique shots with it. The postnup was shot mostly with the (please indicate the brand and specs) 14mm and a couple of shots using the Nikkor VR DX 70-200mm f2.8. Preparing for a wedding

Out of town wedding coverage, I've been contemplating on which gear to bring since my bag is running out of space. But after several hours, I decided to bring everything since it's better to be overly prepared than regretting at the end of the day.We will be using 3 DSLR (2 Nikon and 1 Canon) several lens and flash.

Me and Photography

Good day everyone. I am Raychard Kho, a photographer based here in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. I have been doing photography for 3 years now and counting. I started with a point and shoot camera and eventually upgraded to a Nikon DSLR – D40X. I became interested with fashion and street photography but after a taste of wedding photography I got hooked to it. Now, I cover weddings, debuts, parties, concerts, graduation ball, product photography and corporate events. Apparently my associate photographer, Jacqy, also happens to be my girlfriend who inspires me more to become a better photographer.
